Collingham based, Wharfe Valley Farms has appointed Deepblue-digital to deliver a new website solution for its award winning, extra virgin, cold pressed rapeseed oil business.

Deepblue-digital is the highly successful website arm of integrated communications agency the Deepblue Agency. The agencys brief is to deliver a new e-commerce website for the business.

The agency was started by managing director, Jason Cook from a spare room at his Bardsey home ten years ago. Having grown from strength to strength it now has offices on Street Lane in North Leeds and is bucking current trends having taken on two new members of staff. This follows a boost in sales for its website arm and in point of sale materials for the agencys many retail clients.

Rapeseed oil is currently the oil of choice for many celebrity chefs as it not only tastes good but contains the lowest saturated fat content of any oil and less than half that of olive oil. The rapeseed is grown, pressed, filtered and bottled by hand on the farm.

The new website www.rapeseedoilonline.co.uk launched this week and visitors are now able to purchase the products online.
